painted miniatures (from the same army) will get a starting bonus
of 1,000 gold! Gold will have many more uses in this campaign
so this is a great bonus. You can get not only extra points but
also an assassin or saboteur with this kind of change! Buy some
nice river-front property from an ally!

| For our third Mighty Empires campaign we will be adding a lot of fun elements such as ships, sea travel, diplomacy, alliances, expanded espionage rules, assassins, saboteurs, a story and more! Despite the additions game play will remain uncomplicated and a GM will handle any convoluted bits. Players will devise the back story of their empires. We'll help you figure out how to get it done quickly while still looking cool. For those that want help, we may even have a couple of extra painters to pitch in and get the job done quicker! - You must have at least one Troop choice. Armies are not required to take any
other mandatory unit choices. All other unit restrictions (I.e. 0-1) apply. - An HQ is not required. You may have one HQ choice, but no more than one.
- You may spend remaining points from anywhere in the Codex.
- No model can have more than 2 Wounds.
- No model can have a 2+ save.
- No Special/Unique/Named Characters.
- No vehicles with a total Armour value greater than 33. This is calculated by
adding the Front, Side and Rear armour numbers. (Only count the Side once). - All non-vehicle units count as scoring units.

New "Duel" Themed Painting Contest! Flex your painting skills and creativity to
create a diorama of a 2 to 4 person battle.

- Entries must be a "duel" diorama.
- Must consist of 2 to 4 "dueling" figures on a decorative base.
- Figures may be permanently attached to diorama base or may be
removable. - Diorama base may not exceed 8" in width or length.
- There will awards for first through third place depending on number of
entries. There will also be an award for the most creative diorama. - We are planning on getting outside "non-wombat" judges.
- Repaints of pre-painted figures (such as HeroClix) are not permitted. Any
decorative pieces used in the diorama that are painted (such as rubble,
barrels, etc) must not be factory painted, any painting in the diorama
must be your own. - Entries must be submitted at Wombat & Chips by end of the weekend of
November 6th through 8th. Winners will be announced the following
weekend.
